Case AB-038484 Excadrill VS Smogon

OK people. this Topic is to discuss the use of an UBER tier pokemon: AKA Excadrill.. in pokemon wars.
The argument is next:
I guess Excadrill is in the Uber tier due to his normal abilities and getting boost during sandstorm.
I propose to allow the use of Excadrill using his HA, wich doesnt get the boosts... so it turns it into a normal pokemon.. not more powerfull than Dragonite.
People who agreed, please post!! other ones.. please don't! hahaha

You didn't need to make a whole case just a short post in the tiering thread . In any case I agree and unless anyone has any objections excadril will be placed in OU.

To be fair..... Weather got nerfed this gen, and while I agree that 5 turns can be a long time, its still loses its advantage once the sandstorm stops.
I would prefer to see that excadrill be moved to OU for all abilitys on the following reasons;

Weather is nurfed
No one will dedicate a move slot to sand storm so once that hippo or tyrana are dead, no more sand!

know exca is sacry in the sand, be he can still be tanks, walled and stalled....
