This is exactly the reason I order both GC  

but mega charizard y still has drought, increased special attack and can learn blast burn, imagine the power

Mega charizard x has increased attack, an ability that increases contact moves, and a new dragon typing that reduces it's stealth rock weakness.

Like GC said,

Mega Charizard X Has a boosted attack stat and is dragon type. This pokemon is exclusive to Pokemon X (Which I'm getting cus I saw the legendary and I was like AWW YEAH IM GETTIN DAT GAME.)
Mega Charizard Y, which is the first Mega Charizard we saw, Will be exclusive to Pokemon Y.

Wow, thing are gonna get Soooo much more complicated but going to be cool cant wait!

Certain pictures have been leaked showing the starters final Evolutions as above. These are completely unconfirmed. If correct though, I must admit, Chespin and Froakie have grown much cooler in my eyes.

Types have been said to be the following:

Greninja - Water/Dark
Delphox - Fire/Psychic
Chesnaught - Grass/Fighting

these typings really annoy me, especially chesnaughts. It just adds unnecessary weaknesses, except against ice

I still think it's nice to see a different set of typings in the starters

Fighting types don't get resistance against ice

I actually like these new typings. Notice how grass normally beats water? Same goes for fighting against dark. This adds a Bette understing of another element triangle other than the epic water, fire, grass. This changes everything! I'm getting froakie now.

According to the Pokemon company. Guess those that care will have to wait. Just so you guys know, I'm getting X and plan on trading the dragon type charizard for a torchic with a more effective nature

New Megas revealed:

CoroCoro has announced that they'll be giving away a special Garchomp within their next issue. Within the issue, there will be a unique serial code and this code will give you access to their special Garchomp that holds a Dragon Fang and knows Crunch, Dragon Claw, Dig and Draco Meteor. They said it'll be revealed where to get the Mega Stone for it in the next issue.

In addition to that, they have officially revealed Mega Gengar, Mega Aggron and Mega Tyranitar. While Mega Tyranitar keeps its type, Mega Aggron appears to turn pure Steel-type. Mega Tyranitar appears to keep its ability of Sand Stream while Mega Aggron has the ability of Filter. Mega Gengar's ability is reconfirmed as Shadow Tag.




Mega Pinsir is Bug/Flying-type. It has the ability Aerilate which turns Normal-type moves into Flying-type.


You battle your rival in Kiloude City. Afterwards you get given an Absolite and sent to Sycamore who is in Anistar City. He will upgrade the Mega Ring to allow for detection of Mega Stones.
Mega Stones can only be found between 8pm and 9pm

I think they made fairy type pokemon too soft. as for the rest, most i really like, especially many of the new dragons.

Moltrres, articuno and zapdos in the dex. That means they'll be catchable again. Wahoo!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I want a lot of pokemon for christmass now. Blue, you're on! I freaking love Blaziken! And Gengar will be of so much use against psychics! Thus, Aggron is no longer a Rock type! So long Scizor! I've found a pure steel type
