Well starmie isn't really meant to take hits so what really matters is its sp.atk and speed stats. If you want to go for a more defense you can but really as long as you have the speed and sp.atk your good.

Though if you know how to RNG Abuse you might as well make it flawless/near flawless. 31 IVs in certain stats can make the difference depending on what you're up against ;o .

Would this work on Black/White 2? Asking because the tittle says '(black/white)'. I've used the dns a few times, mostly to try and complete the pokedex, but no matter what, they've all been illegal, so I gave up on it. Clearly wrong about it. If this does work on BW2 then I'm gonna keep trying 'til I get exactly what I want^.^

Yes, it works for Black2/White2 as well. The Pokemon you create are only illegal if you give them improper movesets, stats, etc (ex, 999 Attack Charizard with Rock Blast). However, provided its data is obtainable legitimately, it'll be considered legal. Remember though, even legal hacks may not pass legitimacy tests due to trashbytes and such, but most battlers will be fine with that because all the other data is valid.

Well when they gave out the genesect event in the US the ot was plasma for all of them.

Wel i don't know much about the dns but I do know that for it to be legal it needs to look like it came from an event and all event genesects have the ot plasma (or a Japanese name)

Ok IM looking for a good poison type what would be ok gulpin or muk or any kind

Off the top of my head I would have to recommend Gengar and Tentacruel. Gengar is a great sweeper and tentacruel is a great support pokemon especially if you throw it in rain.

You could also try nidoking and nidoqueen. Both got sheer force so they have got a lot of power. Nidoking is more offensive while nidoqueen if for more defensive teams.

While I don't have much experience with him you could also try toxicroak. Depends on what you need the poison type to do?
