| Step one: Scroll over to the "Super Training" on the bottom screen using the white arrows.
Step two: There will be two buttons. One is a punching bag and one is a soccer ball. Click on the soccer ball. After you click it there should be a screen that gives you options for which stat to train your pokemon in. For example, Hydreigon's best stat is Special Attack so you should click on the button the says Special Attack under it.
Step three: Once you finish step two, you should recieve a punching bag. Since we are training hydreigon in Special Attack, we get a Special Attack bag. Now, click on the punching bag icon. there should be a little inventory and your punching bag. Click the punching bag, then click use. Then you will see the the bag will be hung up like the punching bag in front of your pokemon in the bottom screen. Continue the Process until the chart has a triangle going from the middle all the way to the end of the chart for Special Attack. Once your finish this, you will have a very buffed Hydreigon, Gallade, Dedenne, or whatever you train with using this method.

| Note:you can also get random bags by having your pokemon hit the default bag. One of those random bags is a reset bag, which you can use to reset the EVs of a pokemon (pretty rare find, though) | |

| Well, that's one way of EV Training, but by no means the only way. Like previous generations, the traditional battling wild Pokemon still works. If you have Pokerus and a Power Item for the stat you're EVing in, you can get about 50 EVs in one Horde Battle. | |

| Considering ST allows you to max EVs at lvl1, it's definitely my preferred method to ensure maximum stat gains.
Also, some quick tips for easy training on new pokes:
When you've got a poke nearly trained, start conserving your large training bags so you can immediately buff a lower poke - large bags grant +12 to a stat, whereas meds give +4 and small, +1. That way you can jump a new poke through some good bags, straight into lvl2 training, which grants +8 per session, along with a training bag.
And when you've beaten all sessions in lvls1-3, you unlock the special training lvls4-5 for fully trained pokes, which give you stat bags and items, including evolution stones.

| Remember that pokemon still due earn Evs through battling( as TPN said), therefore a pokemon that has not obtained all Evs shouldn't battle.
Also, it is actually faster to Ev train using the traditional method. You can get 16 Evs using the original Ev training method(with a power item and pokerus) by the time you finish beating a large bag. So it is encouraged to give this method a try. Specially with the introduction of Safari and hordes. You can also use the restaurants as the trainers(kitchen staff, technically)there will always use the same pokemon team.
Thanks for being the first to clear up things to all those new to the 6th gen, Vayati. Also, if anyone would like a pokerus infected pokemon, I'd be happy to help.

Also, if anyone would like a pokerus infected pokemon, I'd be happy to help. and it's EVEN faster if you use hordes. The advantage of super training is it allows you to do very precise EV training. For example, I want exactly 16 Speed EVs, 240 HP EVs and 252 Def EVs on my Timid Volcarona... much easier to keep track of that through bags and super training. After getting my first 16 Speed EVs with super training, I'll then go max DEF EVs using hordes, pokerus and a power item. I then switch to HP and spend whatever's left on that.

| Yeah, exactly! That's how you train efficiently! By using both methods whenever it is most convenient! | |
