Voice Chat Party! We're Playing Pokemmo!

The chatbox just doesn't cut it for some members anymore, so Pokemon Wars is having a voice chat party! We're also gonna be playing a Pokemon MMO, which can be found here. First off, we need to work out a time that suits everyone. Just a heads up, because of time zones there's a small chance that everyone can be there at once, so… uh…

Now, I am more than certainly available on weekends. Unless my aunt kidnaps me. Nighttime works best for me, I'm willing to stay up for you

So that'd be all three of you up at night? In that case, you'd probably have to be there midnight to fit. Central North Americans would be 12:00 am, UK would be 6:00 am, and Australia would be 4:00 PM. It might sound like I'm getting the better end, but that's the best I can think of without having UK too early or US too late. Either that, or we could have something like 2:00 pm for US, 8:00 pm for UK, and 6:00 am for AUS. Either works for me I guess.

As for the date, I think it's easier if we do this on the weekend. (American Saturday (Sunday on plan A), Australian Sunday). We could do it next week, but then again we don't really need much time to plan this so we could do it this weekend. Again, works either way for me.

Hmm 6am seems a little drastic! It would also depend on the days as I work too... can't be getting up at 6am if I have to work nights and I start work at 6am if I work days. If I'm off the following day then I can stay up all night and play and chat at 6am.

If you plan on working at night on Sunday, what time would you get up? If it works well with other time zones then we could try it. It would however make the 'Mericans stay up for pretty long.

depends on what you mean by sunday night lol.... this sunday is easter and I'm working that night. I work until 10pm my time. If I work nights then I would be around at 6am... however I wouldn't get much sleep before I had to go back to work. If I work the morning after that night, I start at 6am. Also with it being easter weekend this weekend I doubt i'll have much chance.... although I might be able to join you next week.

I've still got no idea what time suits you, so I guess we'll just set it around whenever works for you next time. 6:00 am Sunday EST guys, if Aurath is a no show then we could've set it earlier, however I've gotta head into town tomorrow so I won't actually be around until then. Oh, I forgot to mention the EST timezone, which is Pool, that'll be 1:00 A.M. for ya. Bluest Ivy won't be showing up because he'll be Smoking tacos.

Aw, I don't get to talk to Bluest Ivy very often, so that sucks. I'm also facing two new problems.
1. It turns out that our time just went back an hour, and I don't know what that means for anywhere else so I'm pretty confused. I'll probably show up early and wait it out or get on an hour late otherwise, I've got no clue.
2. Skype is being stupid on my computer, so I'll be using my iPad. The problem here is that my mic doesn't work on my iPad, so I'll be using the dodgy Apple earphones with the little microphone on them.

However, I'll still be there. Bad audio and confusing times included.

Dude,I don't even have a Skype account. I do have an iPhone and a laptop, I'll install Skype too. Hey if worst comes to worse, we can still play Smash Bros or have a multi battle like we normally would.

My 3DS won't charge, and I'm not sure if it's the 3DS or the charger so I'm gonna have to get it checked. That's why I suggested a PC game to play. Maybe next week SS

I would imagine that as the clocks just went forward an hour here Dem, that they want back an hour for you. Logically, as your now in fall.
The saying I use to be sure is spring forward, fall back.
As I said though, next week I have no problem playing pokemmo.

Stupid. Just kidding, I learned yesterday you're a computer whiz. And last night was actually pretty exciting for me. I've always wanted something like this in the Pokemon games.

And hey, cheers, Dem, you've singlehandedly kept the site active for weeks with two topics of your own. I mean without the MMO idea, I wouldn't have agreed to Skype or any voice chat of any sort.

Plus you set up the dates for three countries to meet. Next week will be even better when more people show up.

I'm happy for any time next sunday honestly. Never played pokemmo though and will likely not get chance to play until then... but would it be 6am on a sunday morning or 6am on Monday morning to me lol.

It'd be Sunday for you, with the weekend being either Saturday/Sunday depending on where everyone lives. For me, it'd probably always be Sunday, mostly Saturday for the Americans, and either for you. So are you okay with 6 am though? It works pretty well for the rest of us apparently, I just don't want you getting up too early and letting us interfere with your work.

@SS: Thanks, but I definitely didn't do it singlehandedly. Just because I created the topics doesn't mean I was the one behind them. It wasn't even me who came up with the voice chat idea in the first place.
