admin mod and other banners.

ok so i wanna make admin and mod banners but I'm not sure how i should do them. i thought about gearing it towards the new games coming out but then i worry i may want to redo them when a new pokemon game comes out. i know for sure i wanna use some kinda of poke ball, a map or nice game screen shot, and a nice trainer sprite. all these details have to be for the same game whichever game is decided on. i need ideas/pics for this design and id like to hear from the admins and mods about how they would like them to look. so please give me suggestions on what you guys what so i can make a awesome design

also i would love to make banners for the current champ, gym leaders, and elite four (if they'd like), and anyone else that would like them. so for any of you that would like one please post here and let me know what you would like done

all these banners will be small enough to fit on the side of posts where all your other info is so please keep that in mind when you make suggestions. though if you'd like them bigger to put in your soggy i can do that as well also the admin and mod banners will most likely look alike aside from the color of the text unless you guys want them different. i will make all text colors match the color of your status on here ex. admins will have green text and mods will have blue. i can only use realistic or non pixelited images as the pixielazion tends to show up much worse in photoshop and won't look good with the sharp text photoshop has so if you share a pic for them please try to find the best looking image with little to no pixelazation thank you

thanks guys and its not out of my way lol i need the practice anyways after all my lifes work will be graphics like these soon and i cant wait to work as a graphic designer its so much fun to make these graphics
