PU Tier rules

Hi Everyone.
I don't know how many of you know, but someone invented another pokemon tier.
It is the the NU of NU and although its unofficial I like the look of it.
Its called PU or partially used and is placed just above Little cup.
This tier is for anyone who wants to try all the pokemon they can never try in competitive play because there not viable. The tier is pretty close with its battles, most of the ones I've seen have been 1-0's.

all those Pokémon that are always over looked because they lack prowess outside there tier now become formidable!
As you know I have a passion for Pokémon that are under whelming, so this tier suits me down to the ground.

Pssh, I used Arbok before it was cool.

Anyways, I like this. The Pokèmon that don't get used a lot seem to be my favorites.

I have a pretty cool Arbok already... havent tested it but it could surprise ppl

I'm gonna finish my PWT teams first though, then work on PU tier pokemon :3
