How Court Cases work.

Since court cases here rarely get resolved. This is how they will work for now on.

1. A concerned citizen of the forum will create a topic explaining a rule they would like changed. It can be any type of rule concerning the forum not just battling rules.

2. The topic will be discussed/debated for a week.

3. After the first week everyone will vote. For general rules about the forum and how it works everyone may vote. However if you want to vote on a change to the battle rules of Pokemon Wars you must have at least 4 badges or have won a tournament.

4. Voting will last for a week after that the vote stands and the topic is locked.

5. Topic can not be brought back up until at least 30 days after the last vote on it.

May we extend both the vote and the discussion period to one week? That should give more time for the forum sometimers to weigh in.
