So, I am able to access the liberty garden in white 2, but i dont have the liberty pass, im guessing victini wont be there. also can you trade the liberty pass to access victini or is it only available for a set ammount of time?

The liberty pass was only available on black and white for Victini, not on black and white 2 as the garden was already accessible on bw2 without the event and Victini available through wifi at level 100.
