No Blue, while in gen 5 weather lasted forever if you induced it using Drizzle or Drought meaning that any Pokémon that could take advantage become extremely more powerful.

However now the weather only lasts 5 turns (unless holding the corresponding item) Pokémon that once took advantage find its now harder to do so and after the weather is gone, most weather abusers become sub par.

What is wrong with me this gen. Everything just hit me! Just what is banned and what isn't! It's Garchom under sandstorm also banned? Or only if holding brightpowder? The generation only got harder for Scrafty, and now we're releasing all kinds of used-to-be Ubers out of their cage!

Sorry, Jay, turns out you can have swift swim. I'll take a closer look at the rules and whatnot, for this gen....
