Umbreon with synchronise

Hi, can anyone trade me an umbreon with the synchronise ability? Everytime eevee evolves into umbreon I always get the inner focus ability :/

Inner focus is a dw ability how does your Eevee get that normally...

I can't remember , eevee just evolved and it had inner focus :S
